RAW Coffee is a new concept from RED&WHITE. We believe that coffee and wine go hand in hand, and the two products share many similarities along their journey before they make it to the cup or glass.
At the end of 2009 we added to the team here at RED&WHITE a guy who is as passionate about coffee as we are about wine. Andrew Tucker comes to the wine industry from a speciality coffee background where his experiences have taken him all over the world. Having spent 2 years with one of the UK's leading independent coffee roasters as a barista trainer, Andrew has worked with some of the country’s highest profile operators including Jika Jika Coffee House in Bath, Fifteen, Tommi Myers at Wahaca and many competition Baristi, at both regional and national level.
RAW Coffee is a unique and exclusive espresso blend of the finest Ethiopian arabica coffees from the Harrar and Sidamo regions. Blended and roasted to exacting standards to deliver a full-bodied and sweet tasting espresso, our aim for RAW Coffee is to provide our trade customers with outstanding coffee and training in tandem with existing wine supply.
Barista skills & wine training are delivered to all RED&WHITE customers free of charge in an effort to provide a more complete service. A unique offering for any wine merchant.
By utilising the knowledge & expertise of one the world’s youngest master of wines combined with one of the UK’s finest barista trainers, RED&WHITE will instill passion & knowledge into your staff in order to raise wine & coffee standards across the South West.
RED&WHITE also offer espresso machine sales and rental agreements from La Spaziale and free independent advice on cafe service.
